Since Needak® is a manufacturer and not an importer, we always have parts in stock.

All of our parts are designed specifically for the Needak® rebounder and are classified by mat spring type.  At the bottom of this page is a serial number guide to help you identify your rebounder mat spring.

If you do not have a Needak® rebounder, you may be able to use our parts on your rebounder.  Study the descriptions below carefully to determine if our parts will fit your rebounder.  Specifications for use of our parts are:

40 inch diameter frame with six (6)  1 inch diameter legs attached to the frame with a heavy duty spring.  Overall height is 10 inches.

36 mat springs connecting on one end to 36 Clevis Pins that pass through a hole in the frame and at the other end connect to 18 metal cleat that are sewn into the edge of the jump mat.

Soft-bounce™ (85% absorption)	The Needak® Soft-bounce™ rebounder utilizes a 4¼ inch (hook to hook) barrel spring with coils that taper from the center to the outside.  The center coils are approximately 1⅛ inch in diameter and the coil near the spring hook is approximately ⅞ inch in diameter.  The legs of this rebounder are 9 inches long.  The Permatron® jump mat is approximately 28¼ inches in diameter. Hard-bounce™ (40% absorption)	The Needak® Hard-bounce™ rebounder was originally designed with users weighing 300 to 600 pounds in mind.  It also utilizes a 4¼ inch (hook to hook) barrel spring with coils that taper from the center to the outside.  The center coils are approximately 1⅛ inch in diameter and the coil near the spring hook is approximately ⅞ inch in diameter.  However, the spring uses a larger diameter wire and different manufacturing characteristics which allow it to support larger users.  It is not as stiff or brittle as the Classic spring it replaced. Classic (20-30% absorption)	The "Classic" rebounder utilizes a 3¼ inch (hook to hook) spring.  All coils are approximately ⅞ inch in diameter.  The legs of this rebounder are 7½ inches long.  The Permatron® jump mat is approximately 30½ inches in diameter. This spring is very stiff and brittle which is why its production was discontinued.
